Security Deposit A room-specific, fully refundable Security Deposit must be paid 90 days prior to the event or at time of booking if less than 90 days. The following schedule applies:

Catering Options and Food Service Fee For the safety of the client's guests, it is encouraged the client secure the services of a licensed and insured caterer/restaurant. We are happy to help you select a caterer from our Recommended Caterers list or you may use your own caterer. However, the client may serve food from any outside source. A Food Service Fee will apply.

Individual rooms are subject to a minimum 3-hour booking.
Entire Facility rates are subject to a minimum 8-hour booking.
