Kitchen

Our centrally-located kitchen provides an ample area for final food preparation with its spacious counters, two work-stations with double sinks, three ovens, eight burners, microwave, dishwasher and commercial refrigerator. Carts are available for transporting supplies or food and beverage to your event space.

Our VIP Beverage Service includes beverageware. You will need to supply your own dishes, flatware, serviceware, etc. We have lovely wine goblets, glasses and mugs available to rent.

Catering Options and Food Service Fee

For the safety of the client's guests, it is encouraged the client secure the services of a licensed and insured caterer/restaurant. While Food Option B is highly recommended, the following options are available:

Food Option A

The client serves commercially prepared foods that require no assembly or warming. No kitchen equipment is used except for refrigeration and countertops. There is no Food Service Fee for this option.

Food Option B

The client secures the services of a licensed and insured caterer/restaurant. A copy of their Business/Catering License and Certificate of Liability Insurance must be on file at the Center no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event(s). Full use of the kitchen is permitted. The following Food Service Fee applies:

Food Option C

The client provides food from an outside source that is not commercially prepared or provided by a licensed and insured caterer/ restaurant. Full use of the kitchen is permitted. The following Food Service Fee applies:
